The Ponderosa Dental Center Membership Club was designed to ensure that you and your family have the quality dental care that you deserve at a fair price. Members may also be eligible for exclusive savings on restorative treatments, among other benefits!
Membership Options at Ponderosa Dental Center
Adult membership plans for patients 13 and over begin at $48 per month with a $149 lifetime activation fee. This tier provides an array of services and benefits, including:
- Two professional dental cleanings a year
- Up to two exams per year
- One fluoride treatment per year
- Necessary x-rays
- One emergency exam per year
- 10% discount on treatments (exclusions apply)
The perio membership tier is for patients with periodontal disease and costs $79 per month with a $149 activation fee. This plan includes everything from the standard adult plan, with the addition of a third cleaning for perio maintenance.
Children’s membership plans for patients 12 and under are discounted to $42 per month, with savings of at least $322 per year! This tier includes everything from the standard adult plan, plus an additional fluoride treatment.
For all plans, the lifetime activation fee includes the first month’s membership dues. Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. There are no waiting periods, allowing patients to immediately access care. Payments can be made via credit or debit card.
Save Money with New Patient Specials
Ponderosa Dental Center also offers an array of new patient specials to help welcome you to our friendly office and encourage you to prioritize your oral health. These specials include:
- Exam and X-rays for $99 (non-insured patients only)
- Complimentary Go Whitening treatment after new patient exam, x-rays, and cleaning (insured patients only)
- Clean aligner consultation for $50
- Free crown consultation (limitations apply)

The process begins with a welcome phone call, at which point an office visit can be arranged where the new patient registration can be completed. Upon meeting with Dr. De Graff, patients will have a comprehensive oral exam before the team designs a customized treatment plan that fits both your schedule and your budget.
