About Ponderosa Dental Center in Bend, OR
The Family Dentist & Team Bend Families Trust
How We Are Different
Trustworthy & Honest
At the dentist’s office, trust and honesty are absolutely crucial for your satisfaction, and our success. Dr. Prentice and our team treat each of our patients as if they were our own sister, father, or good friend — and that means we will only recommend the services that fit your needs and budget best. We don’t want to be a dentist you visit just once. Trust us to be your lifelong partner in your oral health!
Not completely comfortable with something in your treatment plan? Let’s talk about it — we prefer to be your partner in two-way oral health care. “No pressure” is one of our abiding mottos, and we want you to feel completely comfortable during your visit. That means being well-informed every single step of the way. Dr. Prentice will always respect your decisions, and the final say on any given treatment is up to you.
All Ages Welcome
We welcome the whole family at Ponderosa Dental Center! From early childhood to older adults, patients of all ages benefit from regular preventive care, and children often need additional help for effective cavity prevention. With a comprehensive list of dental services and wide-ranging experience, Dr. Prentice provides high-quality dental care for patients of all ages in our modern dental office. Kids love our friendly approach, too. We look forward to meeting you and those you love most!
Focused on Comfort
If the thought of visiting the dentist makes you feel a little jittery — or if it makes you lose your cool completely — let us know. Ponderosa Dental Center offers calming sedation dentistry techniques to help create the ultimate in relaxation. You will still be awake while under oral conscious sedation, just totally removed from what’s going on around you. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) takes just enough of the edge off to float through minor procedures.
Don’t wait to contact Ponderosa Dental Center the next time you or a loved one are experiencing a dental injury. Seeking prompt attention could mean the difference in saving your tooth or not. For current patients of record, we will even try to see you on the weekends! Common dental emergencies include knocked out teeth, dislodged teeth, severe toothaches, something lodged between teeth, or anything that is bleeding or causing you pain. Get in touch with us right away!
